Dr. Timo Falkenberg is an interdisciplinary researcher with an academic background in Public Health and Medical Geography. He is the coordinator of the One Health programme of the University Bonn and a scientific coordinator of the German - West African Centre for Global Health and Pandemic Prevention (G-WAC). He has been conducting research on One Health, Planetary Health and Global Health in India, Ghana, Brazil and Germany since 2012 with a research interest on health impacts of environmental stressors with a particular focus on urban areas.
